The account number is necessary for enrolling into TRACS. It links you to the account that you wish to access.

International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)
The account number is the business identification number (BIN) on your IFTA licence and on any correspondence from TRA regarding your account. Enter the account number without the prefix "AB".
Prescribed Rebate Off-road Percentages (PROP)
The account number is the Business Identification Number (BIN) found on field 1 of the Prescribed Rebate Off-road Percentages (PROP) Application (AT277) when filing by paper or online when filing through the Internet. If you are a first time filer, the BIN is mentioned in your registration letter.
Tax Exempt Fuel Sales (TEFS)
The account number is the Business Identification Number (BIN) found on correspondence issued by TRA. Do not include the suffix - 000.
Tourism Levy
The account number is the Business Identification Number (BIN) found on field 8 of the Tourism Levy Return (AT317). It is also referenced on your Notice of Assessment / Reassessment and Statement of Account. If you are a first time filer, the BIN is the first nine digits mentioned in your registration letter.
