TRA no longer provides change at reception desk
Effective January 1, 2010, the Alberta Finance, Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) will no longer provide change at the reception desk. Payments in cash will be accepted if you are paying the exact amount. Any additional amount will be credited to your TRA account.
TRA will continue to accept cheques, money orders, debit cards, and payments made at your financial institution in Canada.
Payments can be mailed, couriered or hand-delivered to the address below, between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except government holidays.
