Calgary Office of TRA no longer accepting mailed, couriered or hand delivered documents or payments effective September 1, 2009
The Calgary office of Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) will no longer accept mailed, couriered or hand delivered documents or payments for programs administered by TRA, effective September 1, 2009.
All documents and payments must be mailed, couriered or hand delivered to our Edmonton office at the address indicated below.
Starting September 1, 2009, the date of receipt of the documents and payments in Edmonton will be used to determine whether the documents are filed on time and the date for calculating interest.
Please contact TRA Information Services at 780-427-3044 for any further assistance. If you are calling long distance from within Alberta, call 310-0000 then enter 780-427-3044.
Please note that cash will not be accepted at the Calgary office during the transition period (March 2, 2009 to September 1, 2009). You may wish to begin redirecting your documents and payments to the Edmonton office as soon as possible.
