Unclaimed Personal Property and Vested Property information (2007): Albertans were asked to provide their input on draft regulations for Bill 23, the Unclaimed Personal Property and Vested Property Act. The bill will create a repository and a searchable database for owners to locate unclaimed or vested property. Deadline to provide comments was July 31, 2007. |
