The following is a list of all loan and trust corporations registered to operate in Alberta, and the corresponding jurisdiction responsible for incorporating that corporation. This list is for your convenience only and is not the official register. Anyone wishing to view the official register should contact a registry office. For information on a loan or trust corporation not appearing on this list, please contact our office.
Where the corporation is incorporated in Alberta, we regulate both the solvency and market conduct of the corporation; where they have been incorporated outside of Alberta but are registered in Alberta, our role is focused on regulating the market conduct only (see Regulatory Framework).
