Overview

The OSI is Alberta’s official statistical agency and a Statistical Focal Point for Statistics Canada. We provide analytical and data support to government ministries, as well as information to the public for subjects such as:

  • social, demographic and economic statistics
  • geospatial statistics on social and economic issues

This involves the collection and management of economic, population, social and geographic statistics and related statistical links and resources.
